Who should attend Advance Camp?
All young adults should attend Advance Camp.
Can my friends attend Advance Camp even if they don’t attend Chicago Tabernacle?
Absolutely! Bring all the friends you want. Any friend of yours is a friend of ours.
What can I expect from attending Advance Camp?
You can expect a weekend full of encouragement and connection with other young adults, where you will be poured into and taken care of! The weekend will include main sessions, worship times, meals, connection times, and recreation time. It is a chance to rest, connect with God, and have an inordinate amount of fun.
When is Advance Camp?
Advance Camp will be Thursday, June 15 (5:30p) – Saturday, June 17 (4:00p).
Where is Advance Camp?
Advance Camp will be located at Conference Point Center in Williams Bay, WI, on the shores of Lake Geneva.
What is the registration deadline?
The deadline for registration is Saturday June 10th, 2017.
What is the cost of the camp?
General pricing is $185.
There is also an additional cost for some activities which are $10 each.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, you may pay in installments. However, you must pay at least $50 nonrefundable deposit to reserve your spot.
What is included in the cost?
The cost of the camp includes transportation, lodging accommodations, activities and all meals while on the camp site, except optional activities that are an additional cost.
What are the lodging accommodations?
The lodging accommodations will be cabins onsite. The majority of the cabins are equipped with bunk beds. You will need to provide your own bedding for your bed. Housing will be assigned to you and you will be notified of your housing assignment on the day that we travel, June 15.
Will I be able to choose who I stay with?
Lodging is on a first-come, first-serve basis. We will do our best to accommodate any lodging requests. However, we cannot guarantee that all requests will be met. Upon registration, please email advance@chicagotabernacle to submit your request.
What are the optional activities?
The optional activities are boat rides and banana boats. The activities are an additional $10 each and you must sign up for a time slot for each activity. There are a limited number of slots available, so be sure to secure your spot early.
How do I sign up for activities?
On the day of registration (June 15) you will be able to sign up for the time slot that you prefer to engage in the paid activity. Sign-ups are on a first-come first-serve basis.
Can I pay for one of the optional activities after I register?
If there are still open spots available, you may pay for the activities at a later date. To enquire about open spots, please email email@example.com.
I signed up for the retreat, and now I can’t come. Can I get my money back?

as soon as possible to notify us of your cancellation. If it is before the June 10 registration deadline, you will be issued a check for a refund. After that date, registrations are transferable only.
What time should I arrive at CT?
You should arrive at CT on Thursday by 5:30p to register and to load you luggage in the shuttles. You’ll enter through the front doors to meet in the lobby of the church.
Is transportation provided?
Yes, all attendees will travel together in charter buses to Wisconsin.
Where should I park?
You may park your car in Lot A, which is located at 4661 W. School St. You may also park on the street wherever parking is available.
Do I need to bring cash?
Yes, you should bring cash for any purchases that you’d like to make while at the camp.
What do I need to pack?
A packing list will be sent to you at least 2 weeks before we leave for camp.
