Encounter Youth Winter Retreat is here! This retreat is a great opportunity to meet a ton of new people, have a crazy amount of fun, and grow closer to God.

 To Register: Click the link below to download the registration packet. Packets should be completely filled out and physically turned in with payments in person, on a Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday service.
To Sponsor a Student: Follow the link below; select “Encounter Youth Camp” in the drop down menu. You may also give on any Sunday or Tuesday service at the Encounter wall.

All Jr. High and Sr. High youth (6th grade – 12th grade)

WHERE?

Silver Birch Ranch in White Lake, Wisconsin

WHAT?

Winter retreat lasts four days and three nights and will radically change your life. There will be indoor activities as well as outdoor snow activities – come prepared! Activities include climbing facilities, tubing, sledding, horseback riding, cross-country skiing, ice skating, hockey, and much more!

WHEN?

December 31, 2018 – January 3, 2019

HOW MUCH?

Registration: $200 (meals, transportation, activities, and lodging) and we require a minimum of a $20 payment when registering to secure your spot.

WHAT TO BRING?

Warm clothes – lots of socks, warm jacket, hat, scarf, gloves, bible, pen, toiletries, extra shoes, bedding, pillow, towel, money for lunch on the way there and back.

ADDITIONAL INFO

Students must bring lunch money for the ride there and back, and can bring additional spending money for the canteen/snack shop if they so desire.

MEDICATION

All medications (prescription or over the counter) MUST be turned in at registration. They will be distributed by our camp nurse. ALL MEDICATION MUST BE BROUGHT IN ITS ORIGINAL BOTTLES/PRESCRIPTION WITH THE STUDENTS NAME, MED. NAME, DOSE, ETC. Please refer to Medical Release for more information.
