Questions about KWA? We have answers!

What does my child need to bring?

Your child does not need to bring anything to KWA. They should wear comfortable clothing and come ready to have fun!

Does my child need to eat dinner beforehand?

We suggest that your child eats dinner before they come to KWA, as a light snack will be provided.

Where do I park?

Parking is available in Parking Lot A at the corner of Kilpatrick and School Street. Shuttle service is provided from Parking Lot A to Chicago Tabernacle during drop off and pick up times. Please see below for a map and more information.

Where do I drop off and pick up my child?

Your child can be dropped off in the outer lobby of Chicago Tabernacle. Pick up will occur inside the church at the end of each evening.

How much does it cost?

Nothing! KWA is totally free.

Can I bring more than one child?

Yes please! Make sure to register them first, and bring as many children as you can!

Are volunteers given background checks?

Yes. All the volunteers that will be working with your children have gone through a federal background check.
