Our heart is to help people meet Jesus, and become all that God intended for them to be! Join us on Saturday, November 22nd, as we serve across various locations throughout Chicago—ministering on the streets, sharing the hope of Jesus, and blessing our neighbors with a Thanksgiving meal. 1. What is Love + Serve Thanksgiving 2025 and how can I get involved?
Love & Serve Thanksgiving is an opportunity for everyone that calls CT their home to serve our city with the love of Jesus. You can get involved in two ways: by signing up to serve or by donating. If signing up to serve, please only sign up for one location as all events will be happening simultaneously across the city. If donating food, drop-off will take place at the Becoming Center (3249 N. Kilpatrick) at 4pm.
2. What will be happening?
This year, we will be serving at multiple locations: Manna Women’s and Men’s Shelter, Deborah’s Place, Pacific Garden Mission, Belmont Community: Senior Living Apartments and participating in street evangelism at Millennium Park.
3. What time is the event?
All events will take place from 5pm until 9pm, with the exception of Millennium Park. Street Evangelism at Millennium Park will start at 6pm.
4. Will there be transportation?
No. Volunteers are encouraged to carpool and we will meet on-site.
5. Where will we meet?
After you sign up to serve, a leader will reach out to you directly to give you specific meet-up instructions and any other information regarding serving at this location.
6. What if I want to serve and donate food?
Once you sign up to serve, one of our leaders will reach out to coordinate all food donations with you.
