The Good Samaritan

The Good Samaritan

Luke 10:25-37

Hello Parents and Kiddos!

Please take a few moments to watch the story of the Good Samaritan. I’ll be waiting here for you. 🙂

Welcome back! In today’s Bible story, we learned about a parable that Jesus told called The Good Samaritan. Please take a few moments to review the story with your kids…

Activity:

Jesus loves when we help other people. It makes His heart so happy!

Let’s pretend to be Good Samaritans! Do you have a doll, stuffed animal, or action figure? Great! Let’s pretend that they are hurt and need some help. Do you have band aids (you can also use stickers and pretend they are bandaids)? Awesome!

Lay your toy on the table and put bandaids on them!

If you have a doctor’s kit, you can use that too! 🙂

Can you think of more ways to show God’s love to people? Maybe you can draw a picture and send it to a friend.

Questions:

Who helped the hurt man? The Good Samaritan!

Should we help hurt people? Yes! Jesus loves when we show his love to other people!

Blessings, Ms. Kate
