Baby Moses

Exodus 2:1-10

Hello Parents and Kiddos!

Please take a few moments to watch the story of baby Moses.  I’ll be waiting here for you. 🙂

Welcome back! In today’s Bible story, we learned that God has a special plan for your life! Please take a few moments to review the story with your kids…

Activity:

Today we are going to make a basket. We can pretend to make this basket for baby Moses.

You will need paper, scissors, a hole puncher, and string. Cut the paper into a circle and fold it in half. Then, hole punch the edge about a half an inch apart. Knot the end of the string and loop it through the holes. Once you have looped the string through, pull the string until the paper resembles a boat and tie it at the end.

You can color the basket and even add a small toy to pretend Moses is in the basket!

Questions:

How did Moses’ mommy protect him from Pharaoh? She put Moses in a basket down and he floated down the river.

Who found Moses floating in the basket? Pharaoh’s daughter found Moses in a basket floating in the river.

Who has a special plan for your life? God has a special plan for your life!

Blessings, Ms. Kate
