MISSION
ABOUT CSL
The Chicago School of Leadership (CSL) provides young adults with a unique opportunity to pursue an affordable college education in a Christ-centered environment. Our program emphasizes spiritual formation, leadership development, and hands-on ministry experience—preparing students to grow in their faith while gaining practical skills for life and career.
Students earn a fully accredited degree through Southeastern University while studying, serving, and building lasting relationships in one of the most vibrant and diverse cities in the world. Whether preparing for ministry or another field, CSL equips students to lead with confidence, purpose, and integrity.
At CSL, students don’t just attend college—they grow in their calling. Our primary focus is to raise leaders whose first pursuit is intimacy with God and whose lives reflect worship, surrender, and spiritual maturity. Through intentional discipleship and mentoring, students are equipped to walk in step with the Holy Spirit and cultivate a lifestyle rooted in prayer, biblical study, and worship. The Chicago School of Leadership fosters a culture where students actively encounter God’s presence—both personally and collectively—learning to live out their faith in community and ministry.

Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida partners with Chicago Tabernacle to offer students an affordable, accredited*, Christ-centered educational experience. With flexible class options and hands-on learning opportunities, Southeastern University provides students with a pathway to discover and develop their divine design.

Practicum Experience
Throughout their time in CSL students complete a practicum in one of our various ministries. Each track offers focused discipleship, real ministry training, and leadership development—helping students grow in confidence, deepen their faith, and step boldly into their future.
